Vybemo Privacy Policy
Vybemo is an invite-only social app for people aged 18 and above, operated by Kaizenith Technologies ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable Indian law.
1. Data we collect
- Account details: email address, username, display name, and date of birth (used once to verify you are 18 or older).
- Optional profile details: gender, city, bio, and profile photo. Gender can be set once and is then locked; changes are handled by our support team.
- Content you create: photos you post, captions, polls and poll votes, Glows (stories), Checks (reactions), and follows.
- Device data: a push-notification token for your device, so we can deliver notifications you have allowed.
- Usage signals: activity such as posting and reacting, used to compute your Vibe Score — a rating of content quality, not of you as a person.
2. How gender is used
If you set your gender, it is used for two features:
- Women-only section: members who register as women can post to and view a section that is visible only to other women.
- Reaction insights: when you react ("Check") to a post, the author of that post — and only the author — can see a gender breakdown of reactions. Your gender is never shown to other viewers of the post.
Setting a gender is optional. These features simply don't apply if you skip it.
3. Face blur is on-device
If you use the "Blur faces" option, face detection and blurring happen entirely on your phone. The original, unblurred photo never leaves your device — only the blurred image is uploaded.
4. Who processes your data
We do not sell your personal data, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing. To run Vybemo we use vetted service providers for application hosting, database management, photo storage and delivery, push notifications, and sign-in verification emails. Each provider processes data only on our instructions, only to the extent needed to provide their service, and is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
5. How long we keep data
Your data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile is anonymised and personal details (name, bio, gender, email, phone, photo, city) are removed from our systems. Some minimal records may be retained where the law requires it.
6. Your rights (DPDP Act)
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase your personal data by deleting your account.
- Withdraw consent at any time (this may end your ability to use Vybemo).
- Raise a grievance and receive a timely response (see below).
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
7. Delete your account
In the app: Settings → Delete account. This works immediately and anonymises your data as described above.
Without the app: email prince@kaizenithtechnologies.com from your registered email address with the subject "Vybemo account deletion request". We will process the deletion within 7 days and confirm by email.
8. Age requirement
Vybemo is for adults aged 18 and above. We verify age with your date of birth at registration and do not knowingly serve anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using Vybemo, contact the Grievance Officer below.

We acknowledge grievances within 72 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days, in line with the DPDP Act and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app before they take effect. The latest version always lives at this page.
